The essentials, in 30 seconds
- Your data lives encrypted in the European Union (Ireland). We don't sell it, don't buy it and don't advertise with it.
- The AI that drafts your replies is Anthropic's (USA), covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. What we send is not used to train their models.
- You can export everything in one click from Settings, and request deletion whenever you want: we do it within 30 days.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. That's why you won't see a cookie banner.

1Who the data controller is #
Renovo is operated by David Mejía (sole trader, France — trading as TYRONE). For anything regarding your data: support@userenovo.com. We reply within 24 working hours.
2What data we process, and why #

3Where your data lives #
- Renovo cloud: encrypted on Supabase servers in the European Union (Ireland), protected so that only your account can reach it.
- Local copy: your browser keeps a copy so the app stays fast and works even offline. You can clear it in Settings → "Clear local data".

Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (decision 2021/914).
5How long we keep data #
For as long as your account is active. If you delete it (from Settings or by writing to support@userenovo.com), we erase your cloud data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (invoicing: 6 years).
6Your rights #
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to support@userenovo.com. From Settings you can also export all your data in one click (JSON).
If you feel we haven't answered properly, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France, cnil.fr) or, if you live in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es).
7Cookies #
Renovo uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We only use your browser's local storage to keep your session and your local data copy: it is technical and strictly necessary, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.
8Changes to this policy #
If we change anything material we'll tell you by email before it takes effect. The version in force will always be here, with its date and version number at the top.
