1Who we are #
Renovo is reputation, content and food-cost software for hospitality, operated by David Mejía (sole trader, France — trading as TYRONE). Contact: support@userenovo.com.
2The service #
Renovo helps you reply to reviews, create social content, digitise invoices, track your menu margin and generate reports — with AI you supervise. The AI proposes; you decide: no sensitive reply is published without your approval.
3Trial, pricing and lock-in #
- Trial: 15 days free, no card. Nothing is charged until you decide to stay.
- Plan: €149.99/month (1 venue) or €299.99/month (up to 3), all included (taxes depending on your country).
- Lock-in: none. Monthly billing, cancel whenever you like with 15 days' notice from your dashboard.
4Satisfaction guarantee #
No asterisks: if within the first 30 paid days you're not satisfied, we refund 100% of what you paid. No paperwork, no questions.
5Cancellation #
Online, from your dashboard, with no calls and no retention attempts. After cancelling you can export all your data (Settings → Export) and ask us to delete it permanently.
6Your obligations #
- Use the service only for your own venue(s), with data you have the right to use.
- Review the replies and content the AI proposes before publishing: the final editorial decision is always yours.
- Keep your contact email active (access is by magic link, no password).
7What Renovo doesn't promise #
We're honest about our limits: we don't access platforms through unofficial routes, we don't guarantee outcomes on third-party platforms beyond the guarantee in section 4, and features marked "soon" are not part of the contracted service until they are switched on and we tell you.
8Liability #
Renovo is provided "as is", with the utmost professional care. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the triggering event. None of the above limits rights the law grants you on a mandatory basis.
9Personal data #
Governed by our Privacy Policy (GDPR, data in the EU, no tracking cookies).
10Governing law and jurisdiction #
These terms are governed by French law. For customers in Spain, the mandatory Spanish consumer-protection rules also apply. Before any dispute, let's talk: support@userenovo.com — we sort it out fast and in writing. If you are a consumer, you may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
